Our INTERVENTION SERVICES are directed towards newly formed or established teams that are struggling with their mission. The intent of these services is to rapidly provide the team with a stable problem solving and decision-making strategy and to direct the application of that strategy to the immediate problem. Consensus Technology’s program consists of:

• Team introduction and problem assessment

• Intensive problem solving intervention
  
• Coordinated continuing education and intervention as required
