Our ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICES are directed towards newly formed organizations or those that are transitioning to a team based structure. The intent of these services is to provide the organization with processes tailored to the unique needs of teams and to provide the teams with the necessary skills to implement those processes. Consensus Technology’s program consists of:

• Organization introduction and evaluation
• Team process needs assessment
• Team structure, process, problem solving and decision making workshop(s)
• Crisis avoidance and crisis intervention plan development
• Continuing education plan including individual and group training
• Periodic follow-up with additional services as required
