Often the people best suited to be involved in making a decision (the technical experts), are the worst people to be put in the role of "process leader". Placing them in that role does a disservice to them and the group and is a misuse of a valuable resource. Consensus Technology will take on the process leadership role serving as "decision leader" for your teams' efforts. By leading the team, we can ensure the success of the decision process, minimize the time required and maximize the utilization of the team's resources. We will evaluate the teams' needs, establish the detailed process and schedule to follow, lead the team through that process and ensure that the results are documented. While leading the group through this process, the emphasis will be on helping the group develop the skills that will allow it to be self sufficient in the future.
