Our TOOL DEVELOPMENT activities are directed at situations that require a repeatable, documented process and/or a highly customized decision process. There are a number of cases in which simple personal involvement is not sufficient. When decisions need to be reviewed and updated periodically, or methods and criteria need to be standardized, Consensus Technology can create a specific tool to exactly match your needs.

This tool can be as simple as a checklist and questionnaire, as detailed as a cost estimating model or as complex as a full blown web-based decision system. We will work with you to define the best approach for your needs.

It is important to realize that "black box" decision tools are NOT the focus of Consensus Technology. We have found that such "black box" tools do not produce consensus but rather produce dissatisfaction and distrust. Tools created by Consensus Technology are open and are based on personal involvement from the users.
